Application process
Apply online or call to request a mailed application. Leave your name and address on voice mail. May be a waiting period as applications are evaluated in the order received and based on the availability of volunteer dentists in the patient's area.
Fee
Generally none, occasionally if patients can pay for part of their care, they are encouraged to, especially for lab work.
Eligibility
Applicants must lack adequate income to pay for dental care and: • Have a permanent disability, or • Are elderly: age 65 or older, or • Qualify as medically fragile
