Eligibility
Income guidelines; Only assists with Jackson County Water (not KC Water); utility assistance requires disconnect/3-day notice/or letter to quit, and a payment within the past 60 days
Required documents
Non-expired lease/mortgage agreement/property tax statement, picture ID, SS card or legal document with SS number for everyone who has been issued a SS number, previous month's gross income.
